Despite of the fact that Rusan pharma is good, but it shouldn't be judged whether the firm is good or bad based on the output or brand value but also on the basis of work environment. If I talk about the operators in the production dept. some of them are very helpful but at the same time some are there in production dept. Who feels that they know everything, they do the things according to their comfort and being around female workers in packing dept....they always have bad thoughts....no work ethics...just come and go.... and do time pass. An environment where there is no vision... how will you work. Though the Respective hod of the dept is Good he has good practical knowledge but operators and female workers are the worst and the other thing that is ridiculous is HR dept.
