★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best quality construction. Situated in busy location and lots of noise pollution due to vehicular traffic. Very tight security. Rooms are spacious as compared to other Mumbai homes and Master bedroom bathrooms are very exclusive and big enough to accommodate walkin wardrobe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Interior quality of sample flats and well planned infrastructure. Very Big Parking space provided by the developer both on ground floor as well as underground. Marvellous engineering is being done on this colony to make it almost perfect residential heaven. Note: Site (Colony) is still under construction (September 2017)

Pain in the ass for neighbours with their street side parking.
No water for residents. Everyday tankers are filling their sump.
God bless Mumbai with this kind expensive flats.

a. earlier with the last tower construction work during the lockdown, noise was pestering.
& NOW
b. adjoining building (Mahalaxmi Towers) loud vernacular language sound system during every festivity & the bright disco lights which is ON late at night.
Home is where peace & tranquility is, unfortunately not in the amenities and concrete blocks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Polite personnel and a new place but it's on a noisy road and as with every developer, they maximize on constructed space. The result is that there's little privacy. The rooftop garden and walking path is very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an amazing infrastructure although Rustomjee is been one the Know and oldest company in market very trustworthy and it's near New DN Nagar and Bus Stop is also besie the building with that after some years you will also enjoy the Metro view and Metro Station too know in 2021 metro work is going on also Airport is near by with that you will enjoy the amazing view of Arabian Sea yes Juhu beach is on 10 min away from here do visit here if this review helpful do like
