On 3 April 2021, I consulted one of the doctors (Dr. Richa) from the clinic regarding my severe tooth pain because of infection. She guided me through all the procedure that was required to be done. I was satisfied with the information provided and I went there on 4th April 2021. This day I met Dr. Vikas and he suggested me some more things that are required to be done. He owns the clinic but he didn't treat me. He called his apprentice who was an extreme noobie with no manners on how to handle a patient. His apprentice started the process. I was scared, but I let him to treat me thinking he would fix my tooth. The light of the chair on which the patient sits was not working properly. Also, Dr. Vikas was in impatient to treat my severe case promptly and get along with his things, he was not thinking about the severity of the infection. He kept on saying to his apprentice make it quick, do this, do that like I was a freaking lab rat. The apprentice had very little experience and his treatment was worst. He was careless. He was wiping the infection on his glove and he was not changing it. He kept on saying that this treatment needs a lot of hardwork. Why would anyone say if that is the only job he has to do. Also their X- ray machine was also malfunctioning. That apprentice hit that X-ray machine right on the place where my pain was severe. I couldn't say anything because I was in pain, if I would ask him to stop the treatment and leave. I'll be left with an open infection. Also, Dr. Vikas left the clinic at 1/3 time of my treatment alone with apprentice. He ripped my lips. Also , they didn't have everything that is required to treat me. Overall, it was a pathetic experience. If the clinic is owned by Dr. Vikas he should treat his patients and not his noobie apprentice. I'll never go there nor I recommend anyone.

. Staff's here are well trained professionals with courteous behaviour and timely reporting keeping in mind the comfort of individual patient. They even provide with home sample collection and reporting facilities. It was best experience from my part ??
