★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reached out RVV Homes back in October to construct a Duplex house in 20X50 plot located at Madhurawada, Vizag.
The plot size is being too small (after leaving the mandate setbacks), had some challenges in obtaining a floor plan design meeting my requirements. However, Pavan was always available for design review meetings and very patient to listen to my requirements.
After several walkthroughs over the phone, finally come up with a floor plan design which exceeds my expectations and possess all the bells and whistles of a luxury house.
I would rate Pavan as outstanding and pleasure to work with!!
