★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended for health checkup through company. Not professional, no dental and eye doctor available. After blood checkup and scanning, they arranged for teleconsultation (done for name sake)

If anybody looking for genuine covid vaccination at home service.. Go-ahead and opt RxDx.
Got assistance and imediate response from service executive on whatsap and phone calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gone for annual health check here in RxDX lab last month and received HBsAg Positive report . Again, I went and repeated this test at three different Labs for confirmation there I got Negative reports.
Seriously, I felt bad about RxDx services. Request every one please makesure yourself before choosing good health check up centers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited for body health checkup. There's no concern abt patient's/visitor's timing in this clinic, they just keep pushing the timings every 30 mins and say, "You have to wait, there are other patients you see", but I kept noticing that every other patient had concern with time delays.
They provide you a token, which neither you nor they can use to track if you are ahead or behind someone. When I asked why other patients who came behind me are going for tests first, the receptionist just mentioned, "Oh, you didn't ask me but we're waiting for your turn". Then whats the whole point of token system??
Need to improve on time management predominantly, otherwise the tests were decent enough.

I'm very glad that I was personally called upon and spoken to about my experience. They also promised and informed that this was just an anomaly and not the usual standard that they maintain. The very fact that they took this seriously and are willing to understand the concern speaks a great deal about the wonderful team at Rxdx. The coaches from Nisha millet are very meticulous and attentive yet friendly to the children and make learning swimming fun...but emphasise on the correct techniques..
The pool is clean and it is maintained properly. Even the bathroom and washroom are neat.
The cleaner regularly wipes out the spilled water from the pool so that no one slips or falls..
Anti slip mats have been put at nearly all locations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Signed up with RxDx, Malleswaram for a home care package after testing positive with mild symptoms of Covid. They swung into action very promptly. Set up a consultation call with Dr. Jyothika the same day. Medicines were delivered the same evening. Jessy Madam, the nurse who monitored me called thrice everyday to check my progress. Came to normal within 4 days and was discharged in a week.
RxDx is a very professional clinic. Highly efficient staff and very organized setup. I would like to convey my thanks and appreciation to Jessy Madam and Uma Madam who handled the initial process in double quick time. Dr Jyothika is an extremely professional doctor who gave the right advise and speeded up my recovery.
Would highly recommend RxDx.
