They don't know how to Treat candidates.
Actually you sent me for interview but there was no interview. and sadly you are not a professional that's y u r still stuck with small and unreputed company.
If you are professional y u r not in Google or TCS or Wipro?
For your knowledge I'm not dying for such part time job ok.... My job is far better than all of your staff.. I'm a Mariner and don't teach me what is professional.

First, they contact you and tell you about openings which are not available on company's profile as well, use standard jargons to get your trust and immediately try to monetize it.
They will ask for payment of something 5k+ if you want to appear for process and they ask to do payment over first call itself as they can only guide on how to do payment !
Typical call center scam shifting their place to job market !
