★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid nearly 3000 rupees to ship a box of items overseas. The owner said he would ship two days later on Monday and will email me the tracking number. I arrive back in Delhi more than two weeks later to inquire about the tracking number that wasn't sent. I find my box still sitting in the office! They offer a dozen different excuses and refuse to refund me my money, only offering 30% of what I paid. I had to get the police involved and it still wasted half my day before my money was returned. It would be best to avoid this place. There are so many others to choose from.
