★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst of the worst service they did not give delivery on time and you have to keep asking them about delivery of product as when they sell product thats it after that they just dont care .... i have booked tv from them they told me it will arrive around 10 but it came at 12 am in night what they think is this time of delivery or what dont go for these very poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sony Authorized Service Center is Located on the service road of ghodbunder road while heading to Majiwada from Manpada (Near RMall)
Center Provide Service on Home Theatre , Television, Speakers etc.
Please make sure you have the model number and serial number handy of your equipment before visiting the Center.
You will be given a printed job sheet and approx date when the equipment will be ready which you need to carry at service center when your equipment is repaired/replaced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a problem with my PS4 controller which was within warranty period. Got a quick response and resolution from Aman working at the centre. I didn't have the invoice (the bill is not considered as per the rules) but since I had ordered my PS4 from Amazon, Aman helped me in downloading the invoice from the website, took a print out, and gave me a replacement for the controller. All of this within 15 mins. Great service and appreciate their quick resolution!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely waste in terms of service. No regards for customer service and I would never recommend anyone to buy any Sony product any time. No apathy in terms of even providing any sort of response. The team working at S.B electronics is also not even slightly concerned to return the product lying with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service centre that we came across. After the pie update our screen was going on to bootloader was stuck in a bootloop. We called this service centre mentioning to send a software technician instead they sent a regular technician and that technician told us that it is a hardware problem rather than a software and when we finally after 1 week told them if it isn't possible to send a technician give us the ROM so that we can flash it by ourselves they talked rudely and said that our tech team only gave solution to replace the motherboard. After waiting for 3 whole weeks the technician cancels the visit and never came back. I had a great experience using MI TV but now i have lost all hopes.
