★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Read this before you buy any home by Eshanya - The worst construction. After 2+ years Eshanya shantigram buildings don't have their 2 lifts. 1 lift is still missing and not even fitted yet. Also every one is complaining about crack on their home in just few months and no proper response by builder office after selling house. The most worst part is society registration is not done even after all flat are occupied and entire tower are started residence since last 2+ years but still not registration. Also one tower electricity was burns last week and still there is not any planned for fire safety from builder yet. Getting very worst response when I visit their office with this feedback.
