★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited with donor to give blood because we needed it urgently, but for not having testing kit they refused to take blood. If someone wants blood urgently, even with donor they cannot get it. Its very disappointing and at the same time its horrific also. I get it, that there may be shortage of blood but shortage of testing kit is not a matter that should be taken lightly. Its a matter of life and death.
