★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a regular customer here since 2003, known this place as go to for variety of fish and good quality, but i had purchased a full surmai on 24 jan 2021 which seemed good but after cooking it came to know was way too stale from cold storage, as meat of fish became mashy.... don't know why may be coz of shortage of stuff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, the fish (Surmai) was stale. Since I'm not the best one to buy fish, I took it home and it was really stinking. Went back to return it, and after a lot of talk, they gave prawns in lieu (after stating that they would give another fish in lieu, but that it would not be acceptable to us????). Unfortunately the prawns were not fresh either and were smelly. Very "Unfortunately' smelly day and a SAD experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They provide great variety of fish. Really good service. Staff is very polite and are happy to talk to you and clear your doubts about the fishs. They light a strong, nice essence stick to get rid of the 'fish aroma' or the strong smell of fish.
Place is clean. Prices are little high but good quality fish is provided. 1 Kg Surmai fish is sold for 900 Rs.
The only thing I did not like is that they keep the tied-up alive crabs out in the open in the public. Some people may not like the view of a tied up animal trying to free himself.
It would be nice if the staff would wear gloves and then cut the fish. It does not feel nice when they hand over the money change with the same hands that they used to cut the fish. It would also improve the hygiene of the person who cuts the fish.
