His paper on "Rehabilitation of RC Beams falling in Shear" has been published in "SECOND ASIA PACIFIC SYMPOSIUM ON FERROCEMENT" Roorkee, India held on 25-27 February 1994 page iv-25 to iv-35.He is member of many professional Institute like Institution of Engineers, Indian concrete Institute, Indian Society of Earthquake Technology, Institute of Steel Growth of India.
He has establish SDAC Engineers ( Structural Designers and Consulting Engineers) in 1994 Mr. Vikas Garg is structure consultant to a large number of Government , semi-government and real state developers. Aesthetics, economy, ease of construction and simplicity of solution of even the most complex/ challenged engineering problem are the hall marks of his work.
