★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This old establishment is popular among city folks craving for biriyani in the morning. The biriyani is mildly spiced. The flavors are well balanced. People complaining that it's not too flavorful probably expect the biriyani to be a masala dump. The kheema balls and chicken dry items were good too.

The staffs are so friendly not much crowded when I visited
It is not noticeable easily the roads are very small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best pieces to have biriyani in the morning. The pulav served was piping hot and fragrant, making it irresistible to tuck into the hot Pulav. The chicken fry was spicy had a really good taste with all the ground spices in it. It was a very good accompaniment to the pulav. The waiters were very courteous and were recommending what to try if you're new to the place. Definitely recommend this place. Parking might be a problem for four wheelers so plan accordingly. Don't Confuse this place with new govind Rao military hotel which is also nearby, it is not up to the mark and is mediocre at best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the oldest eatery in Bangalore. Stands for more than 100 years of legacy. I was amazed after tasting their food. Highly recommended for spicy lovers. I loved all the dishes. I'm fan for pepper chicken and udaygiri chicken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Off Late I'm Seeing Lot Of Hype On Hotels Selling Biryani Around 5 AM But This Hotel Which Is Operating Since 1908 Have Been Serving Biryani And Other Items Everyday At 6AM & I Have Been Visiting This Place From Past 2½ Decades & The Taste, Quality & Quantity Hasn't Come Down A Bit, They Serve Hot Hot "GOOEY BIRYANI" & Other Mutton & Chicken Side Dishes At 6AM Everyday ... Green Chicken And Pepper Chicken Was Toooo Good Also Mutton Liver Fry, Mutton Chops & Kaima Balls Are Awesome. U Can Try Any Dishes & All The Masala & Taste Would Be Different & Excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place for Lunch and ordered for a Mutton Pulav. The food was piping hot and served well. The Mutton was soft and cooked well. However the rice was a little sticky. The overall experience was good, but the restaurant should maybe work on the quality of rice they use.
