The office staff is very helpful especially Shahrukh-sales representative. The building has a fascinating view. Investing in Sk imperial heights is worth of money and will surely be profitable. As the SK developer is a renowned builder. Member of the society are also helpful and kind. Recommending Sk imperial heights as I have completed nearly 2 yrs staying in the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am the owner in sk imperial heights c wing. The building is ok in construction. The best thing about this project is it's location & rooms are best fit for my needs. Also, sales team is doing ok in terms of assisting in loan process etc. However, there are some serious concerns about builder management & 1 should be aware about below points before buying a house in builder's other projects.
1. Cleanliness: since first 2 years of stay is on builder as he has taken advance maintenance. However, he failed deliberately in keeping the premises clean. The premises are very poorly managed, lifts always stinks like hell. If I can quantify the experience, you will feel like mhada building.
2. Water management: Builder is unable to keep continuous water supply in the building. In case of water cuts, builder has failed miserably in planning the water management in advance. It seems like there are pending dues from builder in MBMC but builder is not able to clarify. I would say this is a perfect example of poor management & responsibility handling & Law makers should put heavy penalty on such bad practices.
3. Security: In a very simple word, i still feel very unsafe to let my wife go outside the building premises after 10 PM. Outside building is a new drunkyard adda & you will find lot of people having beer bottles & so on.. pathetic experience!! If you are thinking to buy in Imperial garden (project from same builder across the road), keep your security a high importance.
4. Builder's attitude in socity meetings: I personally find the attitude from builder is very bad. For e.g., if you ask them that we are experiencing a water leakage again & again despite your cosmetic fixes, he will say that why is it happening only for you. Tu bahar mil teko but problems hai.. For me it seems, he is in quite hurry to get rid of any complain & just wants to forget everything after getting OC.
Conserving you will invest around 70 lakh - 1 crore rupees, please have a detailed due diligence before give your hard earned money to some unprofessional builders who just belive in making money by making a project but doesn't believe in giving a happy & healthy lifestyle homes..

Building has OC and all the basic amenities and no water issues.
Probably might book one more property at their new project imperial garden opposite to imperial heights.
