★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would suggest everyone not to purchase anything from this store as their post sale service is worst. I have purchased Hindware Chimney in December 2020 at that moment while purchasing the owner said there is no issue in this product and you know the brand value as well so for go for it. After purchasing from the same month i'm getting issues in the chimney and I have contacted the owner he said that he can't do anything for this, only he can provide me area manager number. I have contacted area manager then a technician came and he did nothing and said that issue is fixed. After a few again issue came up and then lockdown, it got fixed after 1.5 months and now again i'm facing issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst experience as this owner is a scam. He never informs the buyer about the installation process and sends his own staff for installation which results to warranty nullify. Whenever somebody face an issue withthe chimney or gas instead of sending company guys he sends his own staff who have no knowledgeof anything and they can ruin your product. Please dont buy anything from them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an extremely bad experience. I ordered chimney from them. They sent me another model which was of lower suction capacity and lesser price. They literally wasted my 4 hours and the worst part was they din't even realise their mistake and were asking me to agree with the same model. Do not purchase anything from them.Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy any item from here I purchased gas stove and within a year it started gas leaking.. we called this store and no body helping us... It was really dangerous situation for us... Service is too bad.. Their given phone number also doesn't work...
