★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience!! Don't visit!! The staff does not know how to talk to the customers. They won't ask you what exactly you want - and just give anything else saying this is it. You will later realize that this isn't something you asked for at all then they would start agruing with you saying YOU didn't specify things properly. Worst experience at a pharma store. Very disappointed. Won't suggest anyone to go there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY UNFRIENDLY SURGICALS : WORST BEHAVIOR! ???
Asked for a complete packet of Gloves for rupees 1k, I want asked for the size of it. When tried to wear it after buying, it was very very small.
When asked to exchange with a larger size I was asked to rather throw it but it won't be exchanged and this was so because other sizes which an adult hand needs weren't available.
Hateful.!
Hope your firm suffers crisis if you continue such behaviour.
Online shopping a lot better.
