Service is satisfactory. Takes a long time. If you know how to deal, all things can be done faster.

If you want to repair your vehicle here I would suggest not to rather go to a local shop because this shop purely steals from you as they don't provide you with genuine parts and repair in a way that soon you have to visit them again. Moreover they will make you a huge bill.

Service good.but technical work poor. Non experience new model bike.. .My new bike i3s not working and I m attened two times in service center but not solve.

My father given his bike for repairing to SM AUTOMOBILE authorised representative dealer of CM Hero.. The manager hd given the estimate upto 20000 rupees and they also took around one month to repair it.. (i)according to the manager if it's estimate price would raise then customer should intimate before they repair the bike.. (ii) the price they have taken for servicing of bike is around 33,000 rupees but actual price of bike is around 70,000 rupees and also they made two bills one is computerised and other is hand written bill.. even my father doesn't have that knowledge because he is only 8th class passed woking in para-military service and he asked about them about whole computerised bill but on that time that bill maker said that she can't make tht whole bill computerised because some items we can't make enter through computer. And after the same problem came to my father's bike when my father given that all bill to me through whatsapp because I'm not living with him so. When I asked the same thing to those who made the bill she told ur father ws getting late (False statement)so that's why she made the hand written bill... (iii) it was the only problem with bike that it consumes engine oil more and finished so quickly, so for that purpose only we need to change the pistons or if any abnormal sound is coming through the bike engine it's mean that we need to change the engine crank but the manager misguided my father and given his assurance to change the full engine which is quite impossible in bike bcoz engine having serial number. And even after paying them 33000 just for servicing and the new items which they applied on bike the same problem raising.. (iv) when this problem arrived to my father so on behalf of him when i talked to the SM AUTOMOBILE they refusing me and telling me about his phone battery is low so after 05 to 10 minutes he will call me and he would let me talk to his manager.. (v) after 45 minutes when I called him he didn't pick my call rather he had given phone to a girl and after that moment when I said her I wants gents to talk to me but that girl was not giving that call to anyone those who gents.. After that moment when I asked her about honour phone number even she refused me and telling me to bring my father's bike to her showroom and let's talk to them face to face so that they compromise.. (vi)Even they agreed to bring my bike from my home because they wanted those hand written bill and they aware about whatever the mistake they did.. (Vii) the girl I'm talking when I talked to her she told I have informed your father about bike estimate price would increase(wrong statement)but when I conference that lady to my father on that time she was telling "I thought I might have asked you about the rising price above your estimate price" so this was her statement. (viii)Last but not the least I'm going to file a case against them in the Consumer Court for claiming defamation on him as well as a case of fraud....

Well quite a big showroom and has good stocks. Even if they dont have the product they can bring it on demand. Well behaved and well manned showroom. And the positive side is the location of the place.

Worst sales representative, He and his team openly accused me when i asked them about the product that they don't have any information. They even labelled hero's official website as 'fake' when i showed them. They verbally abused us when i argued that they don't have any information and not willing to accept it. They even labelled me as fake person. Worst behaviour ever faced from a sales representative. Will not buy from them and won't recommend anyone since they are changing more on-road price that tamluk showroom.
