★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked them to make a book shelf and showed them the picture and paid 10000 rupees as advance. The carpenter named Wasim committed to finish the work in 4 to 5 days. I followed up on day 5 and he said, another day and this continued for 5 more days. Finally he showed me the book shelf he made and it was a disaster. It looked like shelves where the grocery stores keep vegetables.
I asked for a refund with some deductions and he said he would pay back.
He has not paid anything till date. He has duped me of 10000 rupees and doesn't bother to pay or pick my calls.
Please be careful about this group as they are very unreliable and I see the reviews shared here is from friends and relatives. Stay away from this carpenter, frauds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just imagined the thing n he made it true.... I have ordered 2 kids chairs with the theme of Micky & Mini mouse.... he has done fantastic n Fab job..... I loved the out come of his work...more than everything my kids r very Happy n praising the maker of their chairs.....very good quality, finishing is awesome..... My order was value the money n worth the pay....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Think well before giving contract . They know how to use technology to impress people . As per me the rating or reviews by few are fake, as they didn't mentioned their experience in detail. Recently i given one work to them , it didn't reached my expectations . Before getting contract , your every call of yours will be given priority. Once u given the contract by giving some money , then you will have the torture time. They have so many stories to tell in fact our film writers also wont have it. First of all they neither inform their absence or pick the call. Before Contract 90% chances they pick the call or call you back , after contract 10% chance to pick your call and tell the story. Before contract Wasim , will come to your house and get the work details .Later someone else will come to work , who don't know about discussion you had with Wasim. I strongly don't recommend their work . If you still want to do it , it will end up with different carpenter who fixes their issues.
Things To be verified.
1) First go their shop and see the setup.
2) Make sure you do an agreement or pay only 20% and remaining 80% after finishing .
3) Strict discussion on time limit , if it exceeds deduct 200 /day in final amount.
4) If call not picked or not called back then dedust 200 /day in final amount .
These people don't have any values , and too much attitude. Instead of saying sorry and correct the mistake , they say it happens ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He did a very good and neat work. I called him today morning and by evening he came to my house to fix my dining chairs. Very polite and responsive. 5star is less, I would have given him 10stars if it was possible.. keep up the good work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. Waseem arrived on time, discussed the problem and suggested all alternatives with all the pros and cons. He did the work like a polished professional - smooth, measured and precise. I am very much satisfied with the work he did. The communication was polite, charges were reasonable and he had keen eye to the details which would hopefully prevent future problems. Thanks a lot!!!

We saw team work and Mr Wasim was the main man behind all the work and his team followed his expert advise and we can see that the finishing of every wood work has come out very beautifully. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S M Wood Works entire team is very responsive, polite and customer friendly people. Mr. Wasim understood our urgency in simple carpentary work and even though it was simple and of less value, he ensured that his team reached our house within half an hour. Thank you so much, Mr. Wasim.
And his team was of par excellence. They came, checked the work and did the work without much unnecessary talk. They also provided us consultation and advice when we asked for regarding some other furnitures.
All in all had a good experience and go to people if you are in and around Bangalore.
