★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a microtek ups, i tested the product at home and found that it was faulty, instead of replacing the product s.n. computer asked me to visit the service centre. As I got faulty product, it was seller's responsibility to replace the product but he denied replacement. Here I feel that online shopping is better, because atleast you get easy replacement in online purchase.
P.s. : in case seller want to contact me, my phone is printed incorrect on bill. Change last two digits of phone number 44 with 55.
