★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased an Almirah if Godrej on 14.07.2021 and after delivery, within 3 days the locks stopped working properly. Also one side (corner portion) of the door, the colour was missing. Complaint in the shop, they told to send the pictures in WhatsApp number and told that they will visit home in very next day.But, till today,they haven't taken any responsibility and giving various excuses.
Behaviour of the staff is very poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to buy steel, wooden, etc furniture like bed, computer table, table, chair, etc. Also bed mattress available.
Staff cooperation is ok.
Finance facilities available, payment accepted via card machine.
They don't provide any mannual to install bed from my self, instead they send human only to install bed which is a big issue.

I visited for purchasing steel bed for me. They provide full home delivery, along with full installation in my bed room for which price included in bed price. Also they provide oral warrenty in steel bed for 10 years.
Staffs behaved very well in home while installing bed in my home.
But they demanded additional money in hard cash only after installing bed in my home. When I asked them to provide their UPI/ bank AC/ salary AC no to transfer that additional money directly in their Bank account they denied & forced me to pay in hard cash only. They also said they are paid salary in hard cash only & they don't have any bank AC.

They'll give you some baseless argument & solution on the photography of their products.
Their attitude is like they're owing some proprietary/confidential design that is subject to their marketing risk.
Feedback to owner: Just use basic common sense, after buying the furniture you won't be able to impose any embargo on capturing the product photo and share with their relatives.
Even if your products are very good, due to such silly arguments, customer changes their minds.
