My two children lost from 13/6/2018 from sadarpur colony noida sector 45 up name Rina kumari edge 19 years. And Ravi Kumar edge 13 years. I complained to 17/6/2018 than a sector 39 noida goutambodh nagar up .but not action satisfied today please half me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not helping at all. I filed a complaint against my institute teacher. He is a fraud. I sent letter to SP office but they didn't respond. They said whenever SP sir will be available we will call you and guess what they never asked me to office and meet SP Mr Dinesh Yadav.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are not interested in catching the culprits. I tried to log the complaint and Mr. Abhishek over there denied. I had kept the culprits engaged so that they could have traced them. but UP police. one was playing mobile game and other one just discussing and discouraging the me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was expecting to have a good experience with it, but I was wrong. I filed a complaint regarding my stolen mobile in Sector 20 noida, (SI office). They were not at all helpful, rather they were interested in my personal life. Response was something like " arey madam, murder ho jate hain to pta ny chal pata, mobile khona to bohot chhoti baat h". Then I went to Cyber crime cell, there they said that they will locate my mobile through IMEI number once its switched on. It has been almost 2 months, I tried contacting them, they are just ignoring me. Through gmail account, I am able to see that my mobile is being used everyday, but its not possible to locate it. I again tried contacting this department, but the response was " Hum ye department ny dekhte". it was having a16gb memory card with lots of private and confidential data.I also tried contacting them through mail, but they never ever responded. Even for online complaint, they will ask you for a verification code which is not available anywhere. Where should I go now?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their helpline number doesn't work, and neither does their portal. I am trying to report a fake call that is trying to take ATM details of unsuspecting card holders, and the cyber cell is least interested in taking ANY complaints. This is exactly why UP is a lawless state.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Disappointing by UP police. they just create a Use less website and appoint some ordinary staff in the name of Cyber crime and show us that how much UP Police is aware to stop cyber crime. no one response over phone call. You can not register your complaint online cause they code website like that its always show error. No Complaint lodge means No Crime. Cyber cell is open to fool public. Guys dont waste your time with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had lost 45,000 on a paytm scam on Jan 25th ‘21. Filed my report in the Cyber Crime Department, Gautam Budh Nagar the same day. Due to my travelling schedule, I could not follow up much, and today (feb 18th ‘21) to my surprise/delight I received all my money back. I appreciate the Cyber Crime Team and wish they keep up the good work.
