The College is formed the name and style as S.R.D.M.N.(P) Junior College which constitutes 3 grampanchayats of Lephripara Block and Mangaspur, Nialipali G.P. under the preview of Tangarpali Block which is close adjunct to each other with in the District of Sundargarh.
This College was established in the year of 1989-90 to impact higher education to the students of rural, poor, SC, ST and socially educational back ward class of the locality for their educational uplipment.
This college is permanently recognized and affiliated by the Govt. of Odisha and council of Higher Secondary education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar for imparting +2 Arts and higher Secondary w.e.f. year 2003-04.
