★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a very good treatment we recieved at SR hispital , namner , Agra , My grandmother was having pain in gall bladder due to stones and she is diabetic , bp patient with cardiac problems ,she was operated laparoscopically by D Ankur Bansal under high risk :, but operation was successful and she has recoverd well :, Dr Ankur took great care of us : he is very polite and great surgeon, he helped us financially also :, i am thankful as such doctors are there for society , thank you sir fir ur utmost cooperation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sr hospital, namner Agra is very good hospital with all specialities under one roof , very giod services with excellent doctor's espicially Dr Ankur and Nidhi Bansal , who take great care of patients , and staff is very polite and helping , my father was operated by Dr Ankur , it was a hernia , excellent surgery was done laparoscopically and my father is fine today , i recommend everyone this hospital , everyone has own experiences but mine was fabulous , thank you for making my father fit again ,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hospital with very very poor medical facilities. A family member was admitted after cardiac arrest. Post surgery he was taken to ICU which in no means looked like an ICU. Any one could enter here, a patient who was 90 years old at the adjacent bed was consuming tobacco(kheni). Another time I saw staff eating lunch in the ICU. The ICU at first was so dirty that even railway platforms are better now. Unhygienic, poorly maintained and untrained staff of hospital. It were the family members who were taking care of patient in the ICU at night and the nursing staff and doctors were sleeping. For all this they charged more than Max hospital New Delhi for the same surgery. And to add to this they didn't had Cashless Insurance facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Ankur Bansal is Money minded, with no ethics.
For an operation for kidney stone he has given an estimate for 35000, but at last he got 38000 from TPA, and had charged 40000 in cash , so total we had to pay 78000 to him.
When we have questioned, he was shouting and saying that I will call my people , and my lawyer will talk to you.
I would suggest to beware of such kind me creep.

He has good behavior with staff Also. I SUGGEST TO EVERYONE FOR S R hospitals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever.i called them and took appointment at 11:30 am as I'm having my train at 1 o'clock..whn I wnt to hospital I asked the person who is seating outside of doctor room I told him about my appointment and he told me that still doctor is not in the hospital..when I told him that I have a train and he laughed and said (doctor ko aur bhi kaam hai) I asked them why no one call and shift my appointment according again that great person laughed and not replied anything..i travelled from Chandigarh to Agra just to c doctor..
Note:::Even they dnt know about doctors timing one is informed me doctor is seating from 11 to 3 and another one is telling 11 to 4:30..
Do not visit and make your fun as these people are less bothered about your problem please do not waste your hard earn money here..(as that person is asking me 500 rupees without knowing when doctor will b ij hospital)..
