Even after 8 months they were yet to provide my helmet which should have been given at the time of purchasing my bike.

They sell you bike and don't even care about any other facts .
Biggest cheaters .
They sold me a bike with engine noise and false promised me saying it will go away after 1st service .
Even after first service noise is still there.
The service manager is useless , says he is an army man but doesn't have any discipline and customer satisfaction service .
My biggest mistake in 10 years of royal Enfield riding is I bought my Himalayan on S R motors
