★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son Mast Hruday was booked from Bangalore to Pune on 3rd Oct 2016 and he was dropped very far away somewhere in the outskirts of Pune in the early hours of the day. He had to spend a heavy amout to reach the Pune city. this was not conveyed to us. this is not at all appreciated.Very bad. Will not take this travel agency again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally hated it..Regd my booking from Mumbai to Mysore due to incorrect location mentioned by redbus app, I missed the bus inspite of being at the location half an hour before. The bus driver when I called to catch up just 3 to 4 mins after the bus left that location didn't even help me to do it instead taled very RUDELY and asked me to call the srs travels office. They were no different and being extra RUDE asked me to follow up with the driver to catch the bus. It seemed that they didn't want to accommodate me and might have got another customer somewhere else later in journey.
I don't understand how such RUDE people exist in travel industry..Utter SHAME!!!
I am looking for 0 stars but there is no such option so gave 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus staff don't know how to behave . My journey from Bangalore to Mumbai delayed by 3 hours. Bus staff have a time for picking up Pune local passengers in each stop untill bus gets fill, but they don't have time for lunch break though it's past 3 pm. When we asked for lunch break to staff they replied like raise a complaint to srs office... These complaints are look like so easy and daily for the staff. Don't even care. Don't even know whether this office guys will take an action on these complaints..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus from Mumbai to hyderabad was cancelled. Might be due to some unwanted circumstances. This was on 2nd January 2020. We had high regard for SRS. But cancelling at the last hour made us to suffer a lot. I found the sent a message saying that the travel is cancelled. Never bothered about the passengers. Of late the services going down. This will definitely make a huge dent in their business. The owners should at least wake up now before it's too late. Competetors will eat your business. And last but not the least 5he owners and the staffs should put customers first because they are depending on your service.
