★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Who r going in pool read it ones. Please Just don't go there. I don't know about gym but their pool is worse. Anyone can spit anywhere he likes. Bathroom condition is just omg. Most importantly I think the water of pool is not cleaned since years. It goes in mouth, u get loose motion, in eyes then they start irritating and becomes red.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor services. Their washrooms are not maintained. Coaches are unhygenic and literally illetrate. Their costumes which they give on rent are in miserable conditions and very unhygenic. I saw one person literally spitting tobacco or paan in pool drainage pipe. And who can forget the manager, who first convinces you to join the club and then forgets all his commitments. I also referred my friend who had same experince like this.
Coaches never guides you properly. I went on 14/07/2018 on saturday & their only focus was on kids to train them. So please avoid SS Fitness club for swimming for sure.

I would say very pathetic experince over their. Showers are broken, lights in the pool are broken, water supply in the washrooms is nil, almost all coaches consumes tobacco & gutkha and they even pukes in front of everyone - Disgusting. Manager is not responsive, they are not ready to here any complaints.
If talking about gym - machines are ok ok, trainers not available.
I would say one of the most unorganized fitness club in Panchkula.
So dont waste your money here and if you want to learn swimming ask for coach raju otherwise every other coach is unorganized and unhygenic.
One of the most irresponsible staff as compare to all the pools I have ever visited.

I actually look forward to going and the feeling of accomplishment I get after a workout is amazing. I feel better and stronger every day. I can't say enough about the caring and expertise of the coaches.Overall one of the best gym in my city Panchkula with best services and well maintained swimming pool.
