★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave my LG TV for repair on Sunday to Niteesh. He is totally unprofessional and unresponsive.
He told me to fix the TV and return it on next day. On calling next day, he told that TV is working fine. This was because he did not listen to problem. TV had problem of not starting if switched off for few hours. He kept TV running so problem was be seen. He then told to give TV on Wednesday. I called on Wednesday and this time he was out of town. I then reached his home (workshop is in home). Home was locked and neighbours told that family went to village two days back. I realised that he has been lying all this while. Next day, he called me that TV is fixed. On reaching the workshop, he vanished .. leaving another person to return the TV. That person also did not know what the problem is and showing that picture and sound is working. I called this person (Niteesh) and he did not pick up my call. At the same time, he is picking call from his partner. His partner told that he is driving, which is another lie. Finally after telling him that I will put the review here, he took the call. When I asked what was fixed, he did not say anything. I am now sitting with the same problem after 5 days.
Beware of such so called technicians. Save your time by avoiding this shop.

Two brothers aged between 20-25 years does the work, elder brother appears to be very arrogant & talks like a big expert of this field however they finally could not correct the problem of my sony smart LCD TV even after waiting for 3 weeks & returned it back saying they could not arrange the spare part required to it. Just wasted 3 weeks of time & now I have to look for alternate.
Hello, I am writing below in reply to your "owner's response" as you cannot misguide the readers to take any undue business advantage: I took back my TV bcz you had said before that you will check & rectify in front of me only but upon taking the TV there you told processor needs to be changed which will take 1 week of time to order & get the same so there was no point of leaving my TV there. But after a week when I brought the TV back you buggered-up its motherboard while changing the processor of it..... as changing the processor is the most foolish thing any mechanic can try which I came to know later thru other experts.... and which free of cost you are talking about... you spoiled TV's motherboard which costed me 15000/- (in getting both motherboard & t-con board changed later), so you should be paying this amount to me for damaging...... & tell me still your father did not ask to pay 1000/- as service pay ? Had we not threatened for a police complain for all these lying & mishandling.... would you be allowing us to leave without charging any service fee ?
A suggesting in the end: If you are worrying so much about the negative customer feedback, stop committing something which is out of your capacity, just for earning few bucks.
