★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. During the journey, they made the passengers shift the buses twice. And we got seats other than what we booked mostly at the rear end of the bus. The bed sheets weren't washed and there were mosquitoes in the bus. Very badly maintained. Worst experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont preffer this travells worst service and very rude staff. For the first time bus got cancelled and informed after departure time around 12 in the night they havnt provided any alterantive and any transport for passengers to travel back to there room mid night.
Second time the staff is very rude towards women also we got tickets besides male due to some payment problems asked them for adjustment instead of adjusting asked to get down at vijayawada. Worst travels ever max avoid to book in svr apple i bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The AC of this bus didn't work and I was not even informed about this earlier. I had to literally travel in a Non-AC bus even after paying so much for ticket. The staff too didn't respond well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's ok but staff need more discipline while boarding or with luggage handling. GPS tracking not available. Mostly right times. Communication with Passengers need improvement.
