The work of this firm is solely upon the implementation agency getting it done as they don't do anything until you all for it.
They literally design the alignment on Google Earth without even bothering to visit site.
There is a lot of potential but lack of willingness.
A lot of monitoring is required from authority to get things done the right way. Acute lack of man power makes the task hectic.
Overall I would say They are good and they know mostly everything but you need to monitor a lot.
