★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had come to this Sahithi Residency in Chenasandra a apartment to seek a flat for rent, i was shocked to hear few comments including from the security that the flat owners are ruthless people & in human in this apartment. I was told that a tenants are treated like slaves with rules are like No alarm to raise inside the flat , No guests allowed inside the flats of tenants , No incent sticks to be used outside the house door and many such silly rules only to the tenants & all these by the flat owners living the apartment not only do gossips & also dictate like wardens of hostel. I was also told the Association is led by ruthless designated people. Thank God one such owner himself told me such issues happen who had rented the house and he keeps getting constant complaints from his tenant saying he wants to quit soon once he gets a better place . No wonder i saw so many Tolet boards hanging in the gate. Any one planning to enter this Apartment think twice before taking a house for rent in this apartment. I only lost Rs.1000 /- which i had given as token advance & later quit after getting to know the inside story.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever place to live in. Hopeless people and such a negative environment to live a peaceful life. The people who own the flats there make their own foolish rules, no wonder why most of their flats are vacant. They make sure no tenant can live a happy life there. To an extent where even the workers and security can’t stay for more than months. I wish I knew all this before getting into this pit. Anyway, I’m happy that I’ve finally come out of this hopeless residency. If I was given a option to rate less than 1 star to this residency, I would definitely opt that.
