★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a hair wash and dryer today at 12pm. Thr staff was not present also an unprofessional lady washed my hair despite of knowing the fact that she is not good at it. She was saving the cost of the salon and not bothered about the customer satisfaction. I told her that my hair lengths are super dry but despite of the fact she didnt conditioned well. After the hair wash was done, she just half dried my hair and it was so painful as she doesn't even know how ro hold a hair brush. Would like to suggest that please provide a proper training session for the staff.
Also me and my mother went for pedicure service too few days back, it was also painful. Just wanted to say that people visit salons for getting relaxed and not for getting pained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for pedicure service, but not satisfied as the staff doesnot care about the customer, no air conditioners are on when you enter the salon, i think the salon should save cost and switch off the lights also as they are least bothered about the customer satisfaction and the staff is unprofessional too. please provide some training to your staff so that they should know how to behave with customer. plus the salon opens at 10 am but staff is not even present at 12 pm.
