★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst outlet of saarang I have been to. I had bought a saari from the salt lake outlet a month back for a special occasion and after wearing it once came to the store to get it dry cleaned. I wasn't sure if the first wash was supposed to be free of cost or it's supposed to be payed it didn't matter to me much coz I just wanted it to be dry cleaned and I was ready to pay. But the attendant of the store seeing the saari denied straight away that the saari was not bought from them and refused to wash it ... I was okay if I had to pay them but denying that the saari Was not from their store was pretty offensive coz we aren't insane to get up and walkin to the store and lie about a single saari. We have been shopping from saarang from a very long time since 6 years mainly from Gariahat and Park Street one but we have never encountered such rude and cheap behaviour from any store attendant. This outlet is pretty newly opened a year back in salt lake and they lack enough stock. Still as it is comparatively near to our house we chose to shop from this store and the last time only to face such disgusting behaviour from them. Moreover they argued that they do not exchange sarees once sold, which every store does in new and unused condition. The same attendant argued that they have never exchanged any saree for anyone once sold even if it's just a day after purchase unused and new condition. Please guys I would like to request everyone to be cautious before purchasing from this outlet, they can cheat you, dupe you easily and even the store owner or manager wouldn't confront ...so beware. They are just spoiling the name of such a good brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saarang has varieties of sarees for all occasions and usual wear. I have visited Salt Lake BF Block and they have marvelous collection of sarees. They have branches at Triangular Park and Park Street also and their staff are nicely behaving and co-operating, understanding in selecting sarees as per our wish.
