All money will get disburse on slab construction understand slab is just layer no brick no internal work nothing.
Avoid fake paid reviews as none of them are owners. Do the ground check by your own.
CRM team is pathetic, rude and false every time.
In Short stay away from SAARRTHI group, if you want to live longer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4th year going on and don't know how many more till the flats are handed over. Very disgustingly slow project. Lockdown ne toh bohot mari, builder alag se mar raha hai.
Days when corona was at its worst and government also lifted or minimised restrictions, the builder didn't take it as an opportunity to fasten the pace. While several other buildings have completed on a double pace. Itna bank ko emi diya hai without any returns. Thank god the project features are good other wise would have regretted the decision of buying Saarrthi flat my whole life.
