★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely pathetic experience!!!!!!!! They charged a huge amount but didn't cover the Barat procession properly. The cameraman was nowhere to be found. Called him so many times but no answer. He finally appeared inside the hotel.
Low quality coverage of all the events in the wedding. Cameraman was so lazy and didn't care to cover the right angles. We were ashamed of showing the video to in-laws and friends. Same story with the photographs, below average angles and editing.
The owner didn't even accept his mistake and infact started having heated arguments with us.
Strongly discourage everyone from availing their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to wait 15 minutes for my print Picture to even come on the screen for the guy to edit, during which he was attending other people who came after me, meanwhile the two people sitting on counter were fighting like animals over another order they screwed up (Loud enough you could hear them accross the street). I finally got the editing done in which the picture looked fine, which they charged me 500bucks just for the background clearing! (They called it studio charge) seriously?
Now comes the delivery day, they hand me picture with weird brown spots on the bottom, when I complained the guy literally went that's what you approved!
First of all that's a lie, and second of all are you seriously that brain dead that if the spots were there you didn't think of fixing yourself?
As much as I like buying from brick and mortar businesses, your giving them a bad name. Stop ripping people off!
