I have booked my tvs iqube 3 months back and the dont get it till day. Every time i call them they change the date. I gussest please dont contact them. There behaviour are not also good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever visit this showroom.they are only concerned to sell there product they are least bothered about giving customer services they dont even call to inform customer to take essentials like number plate rc bill etc and specially there employee miss HARPREET KAUR doesn’t know how to handle customer she just give false statement and she behaves like customer is purchasing for free very very casual behaviour she have she remain in a hurry to sell product for achieving her targets but not atoll bothered about customer satisfaction.she just pretend to be nice till the time you havent finalise your product and paid for it once you paid and finalise your product she will be least bothered and will not listen anything.
They sell defective product I bought ntorq from this place on 5th of this month and till now I visited there service centre 5 times for several problems they keep changing parts of new product but fail to resolve the defect.there was a major issue with the brakes of my product i even met with an accident because of it but luckily i am safe I request you all dont buy from this showroom there staff takes customer for granted they just know how to sell they are least bothered to give service to the customer never take this product this is the worst showroom i ever visited.even i was tvs lover before all this happened to me i used tvs for 10 years but now i am scared to drive tvs product they are worst in quality and this showroom makes customer experience pathetic.i shared my experience to aware everyone rest choice is yours.

they dont greet their customers
they dont have proper vehicle for test ride
they really dont have good ambiance
and when i asked them for test ride 1hour before my visit they said we have the vehicle but when i reached there , said sir humare go down gai h gaddi jab ayegi tb test ride dengye
koi feature nhe btana, koi information nhe dena nothing
simply said, sir booking kro 4 month wait kro fir bt krngye khul k !
and after all this when i asked ki mujha road pr chlani h they said sorry hum road pr nhe chlane de saktye ap galiyoon m chala k dekh lo ! means WTH*??? agar yea road legal h to kya problem h apko road pr chla k test krne m ??
IT WAS MY FIRST AND LAST VISIT TO THIS SHOWROOM!
