★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reached a few minutes early and realised that the doctor was busy with a patient and some random person who definitely was not a customer. So I decided to wait. After waiting for almost 30 minutes, I was called in. I was told that the scaling would take 30-40 minutes, and that the doc would like to do it carefully. Well the doctor was anything but careful.
Just because he might have been getting late does not give him the right to treat me with haste. The treatments are supposed to be careful!! I am lucky not to have broken any of my teeth.
In all the haste, the treatment was even more painful than my earlier Root Canals. I can still feel it.
The doctor handling the instrument was so casual that by the end of the treatment, I had water all over my face, neck and the shirt. While I understand that the machine does spurt water, but in my experiences with dentists, its not supposed to spurt so much!
This doctor is a danger and a potential threat to all patients. I don't even want to call him a doctor because he does not deserve to be one if this is the way he treats patients
The attendant was not even wearing a mask. The COVID times are not gone yet!!
All in all the treatment which as per the doctor was supposed to get over in 30-40 mins, hardly took 20 mins because the doctor was in a hurry to close shop. It didn’t matter to him that the patient might be hurting. This was an utter negligence, malpractice and lack of responsibility on the doctor's part

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited here today for the pain and bleeding gums ,Dr,Akshatha was very kind and informative ,explained about treatment options and cost ,and they gave me emi option with zero cost ,i opted for kotak bank emi ,even bank guy was kind and helped me with procedure to avail this ,overall very happy

They told me it's a free checkup and took rps 500 for just a normal clean up
The dentist did not even care to check for anything and did nothing.
They ripped me and without my knowledge they were about to swipe 5000 rps from my card. Worst service.
DO NOT GO HERE FOR DENTAL TREATMENT.
THEIR DENTIST ARE NOT ADVANCED. HIGHTLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dentist is knowledgeable but she is pathetic in taking care of her patient s. I was supposed to be charged 500 but she charged me 1000 and much more qualified dentist from Koramangala charge me 800 and my teeth is clean in one sitting. She advises for two sitting as she doesn't want to waste time.. if u have hired dentist s to make money only then u are not a fit platform.... I had much better experience in the HBR layout branch atleast the dentist there knows wat she is doing and not greedy.... If the one in Jp nagar needs only money then u guys are just a hoax organization... I am never going to sabka dentist again.... Pathetic
