The doctor Ms. Manali was pretty informative, helpful and professional with her work. The procedure was not painful or troublesome, and it got completed with ease. Overall my experience was good and I'm looking forward to my next visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was first visit and I must say it was pathetic right away from customer care contact (Shabnam, Chintan) to Desk (Hema). I search for a dentist in google and fill form for sabka dentist , I gotta a call from the central number and they fixed my appointment for 11 am where I mentioned what I need and what not, now when arrived , they made us fill the form check the tooth and after sometime says ,the machine is not working. This is not accepted when they know the machine is nonfunctional, it’s their responsibility to update their appointment clients which they fail to do. Now when I called the powai outlet , the receptionist Hema picked up the call and she was very rude , I asked her if there is no coordination happen kya between them and if they don’t have courtesy to inform the client . She was keep saying Saturday ka appointment dia hai na , there was no empathy no apology on her side infact she says ab hogaya na , Aapne jhagadne k lie call Kia hai, this was the statement. I asked her thrice give call to senior twice , she disconnected. Is it something u ppl feel that every person is free for just your appointment. Anyways I took appointment with other dentist. Would never visit foresure. Ur receptionist need to be trained how to speak polite and pacify and not to be rude.

I had to get it done urgently and the doctor arranged for the kit and I dazzled my white teeth everywhere. Thanks a lot to Dr Manali and Ms Hema . Ms Hema kept following up for appointment and making sure that they adjusted with my request

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially I used to be concerned about cleanliness and hygiene because of its proximity to the main road but I have been visiting the clinic since 3 years now and I am convinced that the place does justice. The charges are not too expensive but definitely on the moderate side. I have had a molar extraction from the place and faced no issues after. I recently went for scaling and was treated with patience and gentleness. I fear dental procedures so all those like me can definitely consider this place for a go.
