★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have known Pradnya for more than 8 years now. We have found rental homes through her 3 times and have referred several friends to her who have had a positive experience with her.
Real Estate broking can be a murky business and is filled with people with questionable integrity, capability and practices. Pradnya stands head and shoulders above the rest in that world. A couple of things that we (my wife and I) personally appreciated:
- the way she listens to your context and the way she develops a nuanced understanding of what you are solving for and what is important to you
- her relationships in the broking ecosystem are with people like herself, which makes for a positive experience; as we all know, a lot of the closures happen through other brokers
- the fact that she doesn't push you for a closure but is patient with the process; she provides her inputs but gives you the space to make a decision on your terms
One of my friends who was in the Real Estate business once informally told me that "Pradnya is arguably the best real estate broker in Mumbai". It is not suprising why he might have said that.
I would strongly recommend working with her especially if you are looking for a home around Wadala or thereabouts.
