★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst servicing.....they took a whole day to service and after that the vehicle was not even washed properly and after that took 2 hours for fitting some small part, workers don’t focus on one vehicle they bring in 10 vehicles in and work on each vehicle for 10mins and move on. That takes a lot of time for each vehicle and i had to wait a long time. Please improve your service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service department - Service is pathetic in this showroom never ever go to this showroom for service propose otherwise you will suffer, they don't have commitments and the management is worst among all tvs showrooms in bhilai, i am the owner 2 tvs Jupiter scooter's and mark my words if you go for service to this RIDDHI SIDDHI showroom you will regret. Some staff is very good but the manager of service is very bad in terms of works and giving commitments he got kicked from hero showroom for this same reason.
Owner views - The owner of this showroom even don't listen to customers and he don't care and show as he is very big business tycoon but no he don't know about customer relationship.
Now the sales team - Sales team is weak as hell they lack of knowledge about vehicles and yes also they don't know to make customer relationship, there rude and arrogant behaviour is top most and if you purchase vehicle from here then after they treat you like nothing.
Don't go here if u want a peaceful pre and after sales life. And try other dealership because i am suffering now and i have proofs about there laziness and bad works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I purchased a Jupiter ZX from this showroom, the staff was very nice and hospitable, Miss Vandana gupta solved my queries very professionally, I observed that the installation of accessories was delayed, but overall the service was good?.I hope that I will receive same quality of service again in future.

I think they don't know the value of time
I have given by bike for service at 10:10 am and they told me they will return it back at 2 pm and they return at 4:45 does it really takes 6 hours for bike service ????
Tvs sachdeva showroom is good but the service is very poor I recommend buy a bike from sachdeva and don't go for service at sachdeva
