★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad ... doctors n staff are rude n they don't know hw to speak n they treat u badly.cause they thik we need them.They only want money.n they never understand that they also have family n if someone in family is not feeling well ..u get worried.realy bad.Noble profession but they have spoiled it.Ruthless people.I will never go to this place n will not recommend to anyone.third class

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your test rates are high, in a reputed hospital like Holy Family, the rate of test is much less than yours. For example, CBC and KFT are available for Rs 1150/- at your centre and the same test is being done at Holy Family Hospital for Rs 670/-.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor administrative management. They cannot honour the time slots given by themselves. I had to cancel my appointment since I had to wait for more than 30 minutes, and they being a medical practice should know better than to make patients wait at a diagnostic centre- specially in covid times. The clinic was overcrowded and very poorly managed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They really don’t care about customer’s time, only thing they value is money. I got an appointment for an ultrasound at 11 AM and was told be to prepared for it by loading the bladder and be empty stomach. But when we reached there I was told I’m late even when I reached at 11. They gave that slot to another patient without informing me. Then they said you can wait and maybe we’ll get you checked in the next 1.5 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice experience. The staff was very supportive, courteous and professional. Timely report helped us in our treatment. The doctors were hands-on, helpful and very professional. The rates were less seeing the personal touch patients received at the Sachdeva Diagnostics.
