★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the one Government hospital in Arrah. As all government services it also has not well service. All government doctors alloted to this hospital has their own personal clinic it means you have to pay for their services which are salaried by bihar government. We tell that doctors are the second god on earth, does the god needs money for their help?

Hospitals .YOur implies are cheating with public .You are giving great faCilities but they are not doing their duty properly.They are also disobeying your principal s.Please give hard punishment to these gready people who are playing with poor men life for money. I think something will be changed after my complaint

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to less cleanliness its not so well. Other facilities are also not good. Doctors are absent from their ward. Number of doctors are less than required. Those who are available, have made an external clinic for private check up to make money. They refer the patients to their own clinic for their extra income. They have made link with the medical shops and laboratories to refer the patients to them by telling the patients that medicines are not available in the govt. store and make commission from the medical stores and laboratories which are linked with them. The environment of this hospital is unhygienic. There are insufficient number of beds for patients, insufficient number of machines even those which are listed to be there. The imaging service are totally stopped they used to say that you will have to go to external imaging service for X-ray or ECG. They use to sell the medicine somewhere else and use to say that medicines are not available at the moment. Infrastructure are also very poor.
They must improve the facilities, after all it's a district level hospital. A large number of patients came here for their better treatment. They must be satisfied. They shouldn't be cheated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst medical facilities.hospital campus are so big but no any medical support and supplies are available here for normal people's (aam aadmi). This hospital is only for police uses.OPD facility is quite well. Overall this is an average hospital of the city (ARA).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ultrasound department very bad condition. Ultrasound not done same day ,the staff say come tomorrow. You pay same money than they allow for ultrasound....otherwise staff say today cota full one day 40 allow so you come tomorrow.
