this company holds premium package of Sulekha so whenever any customer request appliance repair service via Sulekha in vasai Virar area, this compan Is the first one to call.
Now speaking about his service:
For first time requesters this Nilesh calls and say we are honest we give 1 year warranty and all our parts are genuine so and so , but nothing is true.
He will just come and without diagnosing your appliance he will tell that a particular part is gone bad so we need to replace.
Then next day he comes and replace the part and will show that the appliance is working well,
Again after 3-4 days when your appliance doesn’t work he will say that I will come tomorrow, and then his tomorrow never comes back,
It’s been 5 months now and my microwave is still not repaired.
For customers taking his service , plz record his conversation and test him after a week by telling him that you particular appliance is still not working and check after how many days he shows up.
Nilesh Dubey technician of Sadguru electronics you are a fraud guy . And shame on you Sadguru electronics for providing such worst service.
I have all your telephone conversation recordings with me you cheat company.
