★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Safderjung has Blocks Between B-1 to B-6 and Block A-1 & A-2.
The location is very central and has multiple access and exit which help in saving travelling time around the city.
Someone of the blocks are very congested and inside lanes are not maintained well which leads to bumpy rides.
Plus point is close proximity to AIMS, Safderjung Hospital and diplomatic enclave Chanakyapuri etc.
Interns of the real estate, the rental market is very attractive since many diplomats, foreign nationals prefer staying in Safderjung Enclave again because of the close proximity to key area and ring road access to the airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very conveniently located, closer to Deer Park and the Ring road but getting highly commercialized esp A1 and B5. Also the cluster of car dealerships in Africa Avenue has made ingress and egress really painful
