Worst place to work with.
It's kind of worst nightmare for skilled employees.
Out of 12 months, this company is sealed for atleast 3-4 months every year by pollution control team.
Disadvantages to join this company:
1) No EPF, ESIC facility is provided by this company.
2) Salary is distributed in form of cash only.
3) Temporary attendance register is there for new employees... in short, if company relieves you and doesn't pay you your salary, then there is no way to prove that you ever worked for that particular company.
4) Directors Varun, Vivek are cheaters. While offering you job opportunity with them, they promise a lot of things. And as soon as you become part of them, they will start putting pressure on you for nothing.
5) Varun is abusive in nature (verbal abuse as well as physical abuse) and Vivek is kind of sweet poison. You will be mentally tortured there almost everyday there.
6) Store, purchase, mis reporting, accounts and dispatch related vacancies are always there as they hire skilled employees by false promising them a lot of things, hire them, fire them and never pay them their complete salary.
7) Because of all these issues, no placements in bhiwadi work for them anymore so they have given contract to Delhi placement company 'Glan Consultants' to provide them candidates for store, purchase, dispatch, accounts departments and MIS reporting purpose.
