★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Safexbikes is doing fraudulent business nowadays. I am saying this because of a very bad experience on my recent purchase.
I have ordered Yamaha rx100 Muffler Gasket for INR 79 and shipping charges INR 100 i.e. total INR 179.
Instead of my ordered item, they have sent me a 17 rupees cost Silencer Gasket with shipping charges of INR 41.30 i.e. total INR 58.30.
I tried to reach out several times over call but nobody picked up my call. I need immediate refund of INR 179.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ please dont buy anything from SAFEXBIKES.COM . they are fraud. no cash on delivery option. after placing order they wont repond to your calls and emails. i placed order for 1200rs. now its more than a week still showing processing order. tried calling customer care . 2 numbers are switched off. 1 number keeps running no one picks the call. even in whats app they wont respond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Safexbikes cheated with my last purchse(which was first too) from order was displayed type mudflap for motorcycle. The one delivered didn't have any relation as description or the product image that they have shown(like that of national permit trucks). You will be wasting your money as you will not be delivered with what you were expecting or what were you shown with the product image. The images of my order details and what I was delivered with are attached herewith for proof.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed order for Tail lamp Assembly and paid the amount.online .I received the invoice by mail.The status of order was showing order and money paid. It continued for next 15 days without confirming/ processing order.Meanwhile tried to contact them by mail, telephone and W/A.Only one W/A number was receiving my messages but was not answering.Ultimately I got the refund back after 20 days without any explanation for non delivery of item ordered.

If they unable to serve they should communicate back and refund amount. I don't recommend to anyone. Please do not place order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one answers the call nor responds on emails or whatsapp...I made the payment 17 days ago and still no way to get an update from them. They sent a link for tracking the consignment which doesnt open.
My query has been handled and I received the products... Excellent finish and quality. Since the bike is no longer in circulation ( Yamaha Fazer 125 cc 2004 model), I couldn't find the parts at any automobile stores in Hyderabad. I am happy with the products received.
