★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had purchased flat in Saffron Hill Badlapur, builder Rajesh Patel is very arrogant. Building is not properly maintain, Sales staff do not have proper knowledge. I had purchased a flat which they had used to store colour, floor & door of flat were very dirty with many stain and colour mark which I requested him to change. Builder Rajesh Patel deny arrogantly.When i ask his sales staff for email id for consumer complain, they agree to change some floor tiles and sarmyka of door and they will concealed wire above my door with in fifteen days and clean corridor. As I had to shift I agreed now also many titles are stain. They ask Rs.24000 in cash for advanced maintenance which they never said at the time of booking which again I paid, this is new flat which I purchased from builder directly so it is thier responsibility to change electric meter in my name, however they are asking me to do it which is wrong

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3rd Class Society, Water Problem , No Car Parking Tanent , Everyware Dust and Lift is Dirty ( Gutkha ,Paan ) Asa Lagta hai ki Mumbai Ke Slam Area Ki Public Rahethi Hai Ye Society Main ,No Manners Talk To Tanent ...Security IS Polite And Good .
