★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very very unprofessional. They will take full payment but will not deliver the products on time and Products will also be either broken or will not fit into your house. I took the furniture home on 22 Sept 2020 and I am still going to their shop to replace my unfitted and damaged furniture. Owner says he will deliver it for sure every time I go there. But I never receive it. Not at all trustworthy. Do not buy anything from them. If you do ensure full payment is not made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional behavior of the owner. If google had 0 star I would have given that instead. They accepted the complete payment still we did not get our furnitures on time
Do not walk to them just run away from them.
If you even think of getting any service from here forget of getting a good one.
A nice person who came from Lonavala met me at the shop had given the complete payment for his furnitures. Even after waiting for more than a year he did not get the complete service.
So you can think the kind of service they provide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ??Don't spend your single penny on any product. Owner is not professional and he want full payment before delivery. When I pay by using online payment that time he said your payment successfully but after 2 days he said your payment was not recieved. So I checked with my bank about transaction they said from your account transaction is successful but saffron owner said not received. I lost my money and owner still deny for recived money. I checked him all transction history but I don't know how many bank accounts link diffrent QR code.
?One more Important thing if you think buy furniture from Reliable furniture on same road so both owner and product same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with saffron home furniture unprofessional owner and staff. I ordered wardrobe before 1 month carpenter took the measurements and wardrobe was ready when I went to see They kept it in sun for one month and also handle it badly it was broken from all sides mirror was also broken they didn't design as I told I complained the owner and he said I will deliver the New piece tomorrow but didn't receive call from them. Owner is the big liar when I called him he keeps telling me that my wardrobe is not delivered yet from the manufacturing site so I decide to visit the showroom and saw my damage wardrobe was there and they are repairing the Same wardrobe. I have waited there for 3 hours after that they deliver me the same with the scratches on it while fitting it comes to know that carpenter took wrong measurements so wardrobe is not fitted in the place they also damage aur wall. Didn't even give the little discount and top of that they take a extra charge of delivery and labour guys who damage our wall. Very bad service will never recommend to someone..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad experience ?. I would like to give 0 stars. I have ordered for a wardrobe a month ago. The Carpenter took the measurements and the wardrobe was ready in about couple of weeks. They kept it out in the sun and dust till today as I got my flats possession on 28th Feb. I went to take the delivery on 2nd March and found that the wardrobe was damaged and the plywood was completely broken at the bottom and the there were a lot of scratches.
The owner promised me to get a new one ready the next day... however did not get a callback.... I went to the shop and got to know he had replaced the plywood which was damaged. there were still gaps and scratches everywhere. I insisted them to get it ready and get it delivered today.
They delivered it and while fitted it... they came to know it does not fit. so now there is a lot of space left behind it and it is using a lot of space.
I can surely say this was the worst experience I have had and will never recommend this shop to anyone else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst in the Market. If you want to save your money, just don't take anything from here. I happened to buy a bed from here and it just cracked from the bottom in just 2 months. These guys are sweet till you pay the money later the just don't respond. Worst Worst worst. The quality of the wood is third class. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE, NOT EVEN A WOODEN STOOL. IT DOES NOT DESERVE EVEN A SINGLE STAR.
