★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. I have order Grade1+ English Willow cricket bat, 2 pair of Batting gloves sausage style and 1 pair of Batting pad test. Once I received my shipment to Australia 1 pair of batting gloves was missing. Provided me the courier details after more than week after I have done the payment. The seller was very slow and sometimes was non responsive even after constant request for update. I have received the shipment on 01-Sep-2019 and reported to him that 1 pair of gloves is missing with all the supporting evidence (Invoice for the purchase and consignment details) BUT there absolutely no response from him. I have raised an complaint with PayPal and IndiaMart in regards to unfulfilled shipment. Hoping to get this resolved ASAP. Worst customer service and definitely wouldn't recommend to any.
