★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bunglows are situated on the main road.The inside society parking is ample and the space given to the front of every single bunglow is very good.It was at very cheaper rates when this area was under developed but now the rates are very high to the tune of more than 90 lakhs/crore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Housing Society for peaceful living in Very Good Locality. It very near to S G Highway . It has its own parking plot . It has its own water tank for uninterrupted water supply. There is a provision ,in the society premises to organize small function for 200 people.
The society is visible from main road on way to Gulab Tower a famous Landmark of this area. There is JG International school at walking distance. There is a Swaminarayan Temple near by. The Panchdev Mandir is also near by.
You can get Good restaurant and ice cream parlour, petro pump very close .
A nice society .
