ā ā ā ā ā First time when I got a chance to have a word with the doctor I felt she was in a hurry and didnāt want to entertain my questions. When I tried to clear my concerns she was trying to portray an image of me as an over thinker. I thought letās give her a benefit of doubt. Second time when I met her she made me feel miserable about not knowing the exact number of my thyroid, that too of a seven month old report. Iām not a computer, I can tell you my thyroid was border line but I might not remember the exact decimal number. She made me wait for 1 or 2 hours to meet her and would make me feel miserable about taking her 5 minutes. I was afraid to ask her anything as she was very cranky but I had some confusion and I had no choice. She insulted me in front of her patient & nurse, she told her nurse in very rude manner that āatyare to samjayu aane me.ā I feel glad she showed her colors in the very beginning. Though her daughter is very sweet. I hope the doctor realise that she needs to show some compassion towards would be mothers. I found another doctor in the city and I feel so glad I did. I got all my queries answered in a very polite & detailed conversation.

Pathetic staff, night staff even gets angry if you ring the bell or call them twice, they are there to sleep so they prefer not be disturbed but staff will ask for money after delivery which is so unprofessional and embarrassing.
Hospital on first floor and lift is so old that you wonāt use it even.
Basement is muddy and dirty that your shoes will feel like walking in slum.
They donāt have food facility so you have to run 3-4 times up-down using stairs to feed yourself and your patient imagine your wife who got operated waiting for you to return with food or Zomato boy delivering food.
They donāt have card payment facility, so you have to carry cash or have to look for atm.
Doctor is good and thatās the only +plus point but the staff service and overall facility is so bad that only having good doctors isnāt going to compensate.
Check for a better hospital in advance for maternity admit as the amount of money they charge is simply not worth it. Above that itās your call to decide.

ā ā ā ā ā Its very comfortable with doctor for all ladies plus Dr. Preeti explains each and every point in detail no matters how much rush is there. She has a good team, religious and carrying nature. Best what I think. I as a male did not know any thing about what care of pregnant woman should be taken and how we can easily handle the situation. She made it very easy. Thanks to hear and may God bless her.

ā ā ā ā ā I visited this clinic with my wife two times since past one month for planning my wifeās pregnancy. In times of COVID Itās understandable that you donāt want a lot of people in your clinic at once. If the hospital is not able to handle loom of patients then should have appointment system or just let the husband be present at the time of meeting doctor. I also got to know from my wife the staff treated her very badly. When she asked for the bill staff says itāll take a while and then disappears. It takes hardly 30 seconds to give a bill but they made her wait pointlessly.

ā ā ā ā ā May be Dr. Preeti Shah and her is good as described in other reviews but our experience was not so good which started from telephonic conversation and ended on receptionist counter. Before to reach at hospital to avoid rash in Covid 19 situation we already clear and confirmed if there any rash or few patients there and on call hospital staff said that there no rash and we can come but there are so many patient already waiting there without following social distance rules by staff member and there is no facility to sit for person who is coming with patient who don't know how long time he need to stand. When we asked to receptionist about the confirmation of no rash on call then they refuse to accept that they said something like that and asked us to wait minimum for 1 hour to our turn. Better to wait we choose to find other clinic and leave from there. Staff behavior is not co-operative and not ready to hear and help for your query. Not recommend.

ā ā ā ā ā Dr.Preeti Shah is known to us since 25 years.. She is one of the best doctors I have come across in terms of latest medical knowledge, giving advise and behaviour towards each patient. She makes you feel at ease and explains everything in detail and gives you her valuable time. I respect and admire her a lot! With her... You are in safe hands :)

ā ā ā ā ā Dr Preeti shah is so humble and friendly in nature and her treatment shows how knowledgeable she is in her field plus her daughter Dr. Heli is very good as well. Nursing staff is caring and humble too. And atmosphere is very good. For me its must go place for family plan and delivery related matter.
